My situation was that I was one kilometer (clocked at 149 km) from a stunt driving charge and I was charged with 49 over the speed limit but actually recorded from the officer’s radar gun at 153 km. My experience with this firm has been nothing but absolutely amazing! I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for AM Legal Services Professional. I got a ticket for failing to stop at a stop sign which means a 3 demerit point and a fine. First of all, I’d like to thank mark and his team for all the effort they really put into their law firm and more importantly their clients. They really go above and beyond their clients needs. Only firm I know that will take you’re call 24/7.
The most recent case I had. I was charged with 33kms over the posted speed limit and a hand held device ticket. (7 points all together). The prosecutor only wanted to drop one of the tickets which was the speeding ticket. Which still left me with 4 points. Mark and his team were not satisfied with the offer and took it to trail. This isn’t my first time using their services. Let me take You back to three years ago the first time i used their servoces. I was charged with three tickets eight points altogether. I retained AM Legal Services Professional for my daughter who had gotten a ticket for failing to stop at a stop light. From the beginning of retaining this company, they were nothing short professional, especially Mark. They were very honest with me that this offence is extremely serious, and that there are no guarantees that my daughter would be acquitted, but they will be fighting the case if we decided to proceed. This win means that my daughter is not considered “guilty” of the fail to stop at a red light, will not lose any demerit points, and will not have to pay the fine.

I got a charge of driving with a hand held device. Mark told me I gotta fight it because they don’t give you a break on that due to a crackdown on cellphone use. He told me if you lose you get a reduced fine but lose the points but if you win, you win. I paid and went on my court date, sat in the court room and watched all the unrepresented folks settle for the $300 and the 3 points. They left all sad. :(. I have been in the tow truck business for over five years. I know professionalism and good work when I see it. I have been dealing with this AM legal service professional corporation for quite a few years. I recommend all my friends to them when they have speeding tickets. They have been able to keep my driving record clean. They were able to get charges dropped against my friend. He was charged with 148 kph in a 100 kph zone, which is 2 kph away from a “stunting” ticket. The charges were dismissed without fines or points against his driving record. Good morning ! I highly recommend AM Legal Services. I was up literally all night long worried and not knowing what to do and I came upon them on Google this morning and hired them on the spot at 8:45am on the day of trial for a Drive Under Suspension. They were ready and willing to take my case immediately and had a lawyer ready to go. I have come to know that being human means making mistakes. I have also learned that these mistakes can be reversed with the help of this company. I owe them the world for helping me with my two suspensions. Both times I have gotten off with nothing but a slap on the wrist and it could have been much much worse.

I was caught driving with my G1 and then later caught again driving with a handheld device. Both tickets came with other violations and in total i had about 6 tickets for both stops. I must say how very impressed I am with AM Legal Services. When I had my traffic offence tickets (Speeding,Fail to surrender insurance) I tried to represent myself. Big Mistake !! I had nothing to lose at that point, so my last resort was to try AM Legal Services. While I had heard great things about them from a friend, who they helped get off a different driving charge, I was still doubtful that they could get me off my hand held device charge! Well, let me tell you how I was proven wrong! They had my entire charge dropped…that means no fine had to be paid, no points deducted and my record is clean!! In addition to the successful outcome, they were most pleasant to deal with, efficient and helpful not only in explaining the process in detail but also helpful in calming my nerves! 🙂 Overall, great service from a great team! I have been and continue to recommend them to others and I think you should too!
